Senior Digital Analyst (Finance, Data & AI)

Your role

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you will lead the design and shaping of analytics-driven transformation solutions for global clients. You will work closely with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions. This role combines deep finance process expertise with consulting, solutioning, and transformation experience, offering the opportunity to influence strategic client initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.

Your tasks

• Lead finance analytics solutioning activities for client pursuits and transformation programs.
• Translate client requirements into solution blueprints, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions to identify value creation opportunities.
• Develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with finance, data, AI, and delivery teams to define implementation strategies.
• Identify process improvement, automation, and analytics opportunities across finance functions.
• Drive solution quality, scalability, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Monitor market trends, partner ecosystems, and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.

Your profile

• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, analytics, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, including O2C, Accounts Payable, R2R, and FP&A.
• Experience building and presenting transformation strategies, business cases, and client proposals.
• Understanding of finance analytics, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Awareness of AI, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation trends within finance.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams in an international environment.
