Senior Consultant (Transformation, Order Management, AI)

Your role

As a Transformation Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs, from strategy and roadmap development through implementation and value realization. You will help clients leverage AI-powered solutions to optimize Order-to-Deliver processes across Order Management, Logistics, Global Trade Management, and Customer Service. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will design future-state operating models and drive adoption of innovative solutions. You will assess business and technology opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, and support execution. The objective is to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance, productivity, and customer experience.

Your tasks

  • Leading supply chain transformation projects, including (but not limited to) AI strategy development, roadmap design, value creation initiatives, operating model design, and commercial and technology assessments.
  • Design end-to-end agent-based supply chain architectures spanning Logistics, Order Management, global trade management, customer service.
  • Define interaction models between AI agents, human decision-makers and enterprise systems
  • Integrate AI capabilities with ERP and supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, OMS, TMS etc.)
  • Establish scalable data, model and governance frameworks to support AI solution development and deployment
  • Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with internal/external stakeholders, clients across the organization.
  • Collaborating across Capgemini practices and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.

Your profile

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years leading and delivering transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes (order management, logistics, global trade management, customer service).
  • Business strategic thinking combined with understanding of AI technologies (e.g. machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications.
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of the English language in both spoken and written form.
  • Flexibility to travel for client engagements as needed.
