Senior Consultant (HR Transformation, H2R, Operating Model)

Your role
As an Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire solutions for clients, mainly in a presales context. You will work closely with sales, delivery, HR and technology teams to create HR operating models, define service delivery concepts and build commercial and FTE models. Acting as a bridge between business, HR and technology, you will translate client needs into scalable, global HR solutions supported by HRIS, automation and AI enablers.
Your tasks
- Design HRO / H2R solutions in response to RFI and RFP using Capgemini BID methodology
- Lead solution design activities and participate in solution defence and orals
- Create HR Target Operating Models, including SSC and outsourcing components
- Build commercial models, including FTE sizing and cost estimates
- Work with HR, sales and delivery stakeholders to align the solution approach
- Translate HR business needs into functional requirements for HRIS/HCM solutions
- Prepare and support client and internal solution materials and presentations
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members
Your profile
- 6–11 years of experience in Hire‑to‑Retire, HR Solutions, HR transformation or HRO
- Strong experience in presales, solutioning, RFI/RFP for HR services
- Proven background in HR operating model design, SSC or HR outsourcing
- Good understanding of HRIS / HCM landscapes (Core HR, Workflow, Case Management, Analytics)
- Experience with commercial modelling and FTE sizing
- Ability to act as a bridge between HR, business and technology (no development required)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Post‑graduate degree; knowledge of Business Optix, Visio or mapping tools is a plus
