Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Your role

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist provide expert advisory services and support for the implementation of reward, recognition, motivation, and retention programs. This role operates within the Human Resources domain, specializing in the design, management, and analysis of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Their area of expertise encompasses all aspects of compensation and benefits, including executive rewards and vendor management.

Working directly with HR Directors and HR Business Partners and you will collaborate with global community of C&B professionals on compensation processes. Reporting to the Country C&B Head.

Your tasks

  • Acting as C&B SME for HR team members and managers. 
  • Lead or co-lead projects for Market Benchmarking and job architecture.
  • Be part of AI adoption in HR Total Rewards
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits related matters to HR BPs and HR Directors.
  • Managing pay cycle including: benchmarking and analysis, budgeting, pay strategy design, pay review & bonus execution.
  • Advisory and support in short-term incentive programs.
  • Review and improvement of local pay policies.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and solution design in compensation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

Your profile

  • Fluent Polish and very good command of English, written & spoken (B2+).
  • Experience in working on similar position for at least 5 years.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Expert or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of C&B practices, including, pay review, bonus process management, and total rewards strategies.
  • Deep Expertise in job analysis(Job evaluation knowledge required), salary surveys, benchmark analysis design.
  • Ability to translate business needs into AI-supported solutions
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including impact & influence skills in complex matrix structure
