YOUR TASKS

• Manage end-to-end change/adoption projects, ensuring new tools (e.g., a chatbot) are fully integrated and used by end users.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for client transformation projects.
• Create and deliver communications to end users (newsletters, posters, leaflets, video scripts, training guides); graphic design skills are a plus.
• Build and run gamification campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including UX specialists, project managers, and graphic teams, to ensure effective teamwork.
• Work with international clients, particularly senior managers focused on successful tool adoption.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience: You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience. We also welcome project managers, marketing professionals, or UX specialists eager to pivot into change management. Your track record speaks for itself—show us what you’ve achieved!
• Tech-curious mindset: You’re excited about leading IT projects involving modern technologies. Don’t worry - we’ll help you build up the technical know-how.
• People-first approach: You understand that communication is a superpower, and you use it well. Building relationships comes naturally to you.
• Consultant attitude: You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to ask “how” instead of waiting for instructions. We’ll support your growth into this mindset.
• Change management knowledge: You’re familiar with change management methodologies—at least in theory. Certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English: You’re confident communicating with international clients and colleagues. French or German a plus.
