YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Transformation Director at Capgemini, you'll be at the forefront of driving meaningful change for our clients. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your finance expertise to lead transformative projects that reshape how organizations operate their finance functions.You will partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions across the finance landscape - from operating model redesign and process optimization to cutting-edge technology implementation. Your insights will help clients navigate their transformation journey, utilizing our market-leading methodologies.

YOUR TASKS

• Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Managers in the successful development and delivery of the project deliverables.
• Sell & deliver projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process, and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar.
• Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey.
• Interact with the corresponding Client senior stakeholders and collaborate with the Client to complete the assigned deliverables & drive transformation agenda.
• Keep abreast of technology technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest technology-related improvements within the given area of expertise.
• Build knowledge and understanding of our market-leading assets and methods.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 12 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within finance (Controllership, Record to Report) with very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
• Proven evidence of leading transformation projects across finance and accounting streams, with full end-to-end accountability for the project deliverables, team, timeline & budget.
• Ability to shape transformation story & sell transformation projects leveraging available offers & products.
• Experience and awareness of RFI/RFP process, negotiations skills, executive presence & managing senior stakeholders.
• High level of consulting skills including hypothesis driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection & diagnostics, storytelling & storyboarding.
• Experience in leading roles & positions on project type of work/assignments, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings).
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle.
• Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of Controllership, Record to Report technologies (Blackline, Trintech, Workiva, Celonis, RPA, Intelligent Automation solutions).
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
