YOUR PROJECTS

Help design and deliver smart automation solutions that drive operational excellence and simplify complex business processes. Working with modern automation platforms, you’ll contribute to building scalable, document-aware workflows tailored to evolving organizational needs. Your role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that deliver real business value.

YOUR TASKS

• Design and develop automation workflows that improve business efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for RPA-based optimization.
• Build scalable, document-aware solutions using either UiPath or Blue Prism, depending on project needs.
• Apply principles to deliver automation projects iteratively and collaboratively.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automations to ensure stability and performance.
• Document solutions clearly and follow development standards and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Around 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages or other automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience with document processing or intelligent automation is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on precision and accuracy.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• University degree in a technical or business-related field.
