RPA Developer (UiPath)

Your role

As an RPA Developer, you support the development of automated business processes using UiPath, working on solutions based on prepared analyses for a Polish project. You collaborate closely with the team to implement and improve RPA solutions while building a strong foundation in automation and process analysis. This role gives you hands-on exposure to modern automation technologies and helps you develop both technical and analytical skills as you start your professional journey in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Testing and optimizing implemented solutions.
• Supporting process documentation and preparing analytical materials.
• Participating in project meetings and discussions related to automation.
• Continuously developing skills in RPA, system integrations, and process analysis.

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, particularly UiPath.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, programming fundamentals, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong knowledge of business processes and process mapping methodologies.
• Familiarity with process measurement and optimization frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI) is an advantage.
• Understanding of system integration concepts and practices.
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English.
