Your role
As an RPA Developer, you support the development of automated business processes using UiPath, working on solutions based on prepared analyses for a Polish project. You collaborate closely with the team to implement and improve RPA solutions while building a strong foundation in automation and process analysis. This role gives you hands-on exposure to modern automation technologies and helps you develop both technical and analytical skills as you start your professional journey in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Your tasks
- Designing and developing automation workflows in UiPath.
- Testing and optimizing implemented solutions.
- Supporting process documentation and preparing analytical materials.
- Participating in project meetings and discussions related to automation.
- Continuously developing skills in RPA, system integrations, and process analysis.
Your profile

Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, particularly UiPath.

Solid understanding of algorithms, programming fundamentals, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong knowledge of business processes and process mapping methodologies.

Familiarity with process measurement and optimization frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI) is an advantage.

Understanding of system integration concepts and practices.

Fluent in Polish and good command of English.
