Your role
As a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath), you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving automation solutions that enhance business operations. You will translate process requirements into scalable UiPath workflows, including document‑driven automations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results. In this position, you will support technical decision‑making, apply Agile practices, ensure compliance with standards and security guidelines, and contribute to continuous optimization while working closely with German‑speaking stakeholders.
Your tasks

Develop, enhance, and maintain RPA workflows in UiPath aligned with business requirements and automation strategy.

Analyze, map, and document processes to identify automation opportunities and ensure clarity in solution design.

Build and implement solutions leveraging UiPath Document Understanding for document‑driven processes.

Work within the SCRUM framework and apply Agile practices to deliver high‑quality automation solutions.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize existing automations to improve reliability and performance.

Maintain clear documentation and ensure solutions follow best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
Your profile
- Around 2 years of hands‑on experience in RPA development (preferably with UiPath).

Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, stable, and secure automation solutions.

Sharp analytical mindset paired with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication skills in German, enabling smooth collaboration with stakeholders.

Confident command of English for everyday teamwork and documentation.

Additional experience with other automation tools or scripting languages is a plus.

Nice to have: a university degree in a technical or business‑related field.
