Your role

As an RPA Developer (Blue Prism & UiPath), you will play a key role in building and improving automations that support digital transformation across the organization. You will work closely with process experts to identify opportunities, shape technical designs, and develop reliable workflows using both platforms. Your responsibilities include end‑to‑end development, quality assurance, documentation, and enhancing existing solutions. By combining technical expertise with an understanding of business needs, you will help deliver efficient, scalable automations that strengthen daily operations.

Your tasks

  • Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism and UiPath.
  • Work with business teams to analyze processes and determine automation potential.
  • Translate process descriptions and requirements into clear, structured technical designs.
  • Perform unit testing, solve issues, and ensure that automations run reliably in production.
  • Prepare and update documentation covering logic, components, and configuration steps.
  • Improve existing automations by enhancing performance, stability, and usability.
  • Support users and stakeholders by providing technical guidance and addressing operational questions.

Your profile

  • Approximately one year of practical experience building RPA solutions with Blue Prism and UiPath.
  • Technical proficiency that allows you to handle development tasks independently from design to deployment.
  • Strong grasp of business processes and the capability to convert them into effective automation workflows.
  • Confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, accessible way.
  • Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.
