Your role
Your tasks
- Lead and drive finance process and technology transformation projects, supporting consultants in delivering high‑quality project outcomes.
- Sell and deliver transformation initiatives related to target operating model design, process and technology assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential evaluation, ERP/platform implementations, RPA deployment, transitions, trainings, and change management.
- Use your process and technology expertise to recommend improvements and guide clients throughout their transformation journey.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to complete project deliverables, align expectations, and advance the transformation agenda.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose solutions based on their strengths, weaknesses, and applicability.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR) to support continuous improvement and transformation objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor within your domain, providing insights, analyses, and solution recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings and workshops, driving alignment and decision‑making across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of transformation assets, methods, and new service offerings in your area of expertise.
- Support pursuits, bids, and up‑sell opportunities by creating impactful content and demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
Your profile
- 11+ years of experience in Finance with strong R2A process expertise (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliations, Reporting).
- Extensive background in Finance Transformation and Continuous Improvement, delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple industries.
- 5+ years in senior project leadership roles (Cross‑Stream Project Lead / Multi‑Tower Solution Lead) with full accountability for scope, team, budget and timelines.
- Proven ability to design, implement and communicate transformation solutions, including shaping business cases and supporting sales cycles (RFX, orals).
- Strong consulting toolkit: hypothesis‑driven analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA, SAP ECC or Oracle, and R2A supporting tools such as Blackline, Trintech or Workiva.
- Good understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA, GenAI solutions, and experience in GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
- Proactive, self‑driven, fluent in English, with strong ability to present solutions and lead client‑facing meetings.
