YOUR ROLE
As the Process Modelling Consultant, you will be responsible to codify and capture the various process assets from the Capgemini Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGPM) and all client variances within the Business Optix, SAP Signavio or similar platform to deliver new DGEM repository with ERP & Sector specific derivatives, as well as to enable these models for Digital Twin. In this role you will also be responsible for Process Modeling as needed across the various pillars and specific libraries.
YOUR TASKS
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Day to day execution of the projects related to Capgemini Digital Global Enterprise Model library content development, enhancement or extension
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Digital Global Enterprise Model Global Process Owner, senior management and stakeholders
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Monitor the project on a continuous basis and highlight potential risks to DGEM Global Process Owner and get the required support to resolve them
• Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards
• Act as escalation point for issues, and manages compliance, contingency, and risk situations within own area of control
• Full, accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes
• Establish relationship and cooperate with Capgemini modelling tools product owners and modeling tools vendors representatives (Business Optix, Signavio) to perform mass-changes in Capgemini DGEM libraries, suggest new features needed or to seek support in modelling tool non-standard operations
• Support sales process with the process modeling and modelling tools expertise
• Act as the administrator for all Capgemini DGEM libraries in Business Optix and in SAP Signavio
YOUR PROFILE
• Understand process flow capturing and creation. Has experience with business process modeling and its requirements and has a good knowledge of modelling tools capabilities (e.g. Business Optix and/or SAP Signavio). Has BPMN 2.0 experience and/or knowledge
• Lead and manage a project or program work stream and its deliverables within a project
• Contribute to the shaping and structuring work packages through specific expertise and knowledge
• Seek for improvements in process modelling environments (e.g. Business Optix, SAP Signavio) and work closely with developers to introduce new features
• Understand concepts around digital twin, process mining, process design, process modeling
• Process awareness within specific industry sector(s) is nice to have
