Your role
Project Manager Planning ensures supply of products aligns with demand forecasts by creating supply plans, coordinating with production teams, and optimizing the supply chain to meet customer needs.
Your tasks
- Define and plan projects by translating business needs into clear scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
- Develop business cases, benefits realisation plans, and success criteria aligned with company strategy.Set up clear project governance, key milestones, and delivery roadmaps across projects and project portfolios.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery or multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and take decisions or escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery of commitments.
- Track project progress through reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with Project Management Office (PMO) standards.
- Manage project finances (budgeting, forecasting, cost control), support change adoption, close projects effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Readiness to work late shifts (8 hours between 8AM - 4PM and 4 PM – 12 AM).
- 9–12 years of experience in project management, ideally in supply chain, operations, or large-scale transformation environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programs within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies and approaches.
- Experience managing project portfolios, including budgets, financial performance, and resource planning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.
- Advanced skills in risk and issue management, with the ability to solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
- Experience in leading change management and ensuring successful adoption of project outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, SAP, Excel, Power BI), combined with strong analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership abilities, and fluency in English.
