Project Manager (Process Mining, SQL)

Your role

As a Project Manager you will drive end-to-end implementation of process mining solutions, translating business needs into analytical insights and play a key role in helping clients understand and optimize their business processes through data-driven recommendations and modern analytics tools.

Your tasks

• Lead process mining implementations end-to-end
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Design data models and process structures
• Build analytical dashboards and reports
• Interpret results and provide optimization recommendations
• Communicate insights to business stakeholders
• Support integration with ERP systems
• Prepare executive-level presentations

Your profile

More than 6 years of professional experience in:

• Process and task mining tools, e.g. Celonis (preferred), UiPath, KYP.ai (nice to have)
• SQL, data modeling, and data visualization
• ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)

Moreover:

• Strong understanding of business processes (P2P, C2C, R2R preferred)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Very good English (written and spoken)
