Your role

As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving new product and packaging development projects for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. Working closely with the Senior Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are successfully delivered throughout the entire New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, from concept and feasibility assessment through commercialization and market launch. This role combines project management, innovation, and commercial thinking, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, product innovation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Your tasks

• Coordinate cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to market launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support PMO activities, including project governance, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation actions, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Support portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, New Product Development (NPD), or Innovation projects, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and Stage-Gate/NPD processes.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project (preferred) and other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
