Process Lead (Knowledge Management)

Your Role

As our Process Lead for Knowledge Management, you will be the driving force behind how HR knowledge and content is governed, maintained, and delivered across our global organisation. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the employee experience for thousands of people worldwide.

Your Tasks

  • Shaping global content standards: Developing and maintaining best practices for creating, reviewing, and publishing HR knowledge content, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and sign-off processes that ensure quality and accountability across the organisation.
  • Leading translation and localisation: Overseeing the end-to-end translation process for global HR content, coordinating with country language leads to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance, and optimising translation tools for faster, more seamless access.
  • Driving content quality: Leading periodic and annual content governance cycles to ensure all global and local HR content remains current, accurate, and consistent, while monitoring usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Managing knowledge platforms: Taking ownership of content and structural changes across platforms such as SharePoint and ServiceNow, partnering closely with technology teams to ensure system updates are smoothly managed and communicated.
  • Engaging and empowering a global community: Building and maintaining a strong network of Local Admins, Content and Language Leads across markets, providing training, guidance, and consultancy on all knowledge and content-related matters.
  • Supporting HR change governance: Acting as the global Knowledge and Content SME in end-to-end change governance and impact assessment processes, ensuring all changes are clearly understood and tracked through to delivery.
  • Enabling HR transformation: Contributing strategic input to HR transformation projects including portal enhancements and automation, helping to drive operational efficiency and an excellent self-service experience.
  • Using data to drive performance: Defining and owning global Knowledge Management KPIs, using insight and reporting to monitor process health, surface risks, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Governance, HR Services, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing content at a global scale.
  • Platform expertise: Hands-on experience with knowledge management and HR platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Workday, with the ability to partner with technology teams on system design and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder management skills: Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders, global policy owners, and cross-functional teams across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Change management capability: Experience supporting or leading HR change governance processes, with the ability to assess content impact, manage complexity, and keep global teams aligned and informed.
  • Translation and localisation awareness: Familiarity with managing multilingual content and translation processes, including machine translation tools, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance across regions.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable using data and insight to define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide transparent reporting on process health and quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for a global audience.
  • A collaborative, consultative approach: A natural connector who can bring together diverse stakeholder inputs, navigate ambiguity, and align people around shared goals.
