Process Automation Specialist

Your role
You’ll help improve processes and optimize systems to boost overall efficiency. This role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to work both independently and within a team to identify automation needs, and to deliver effective automated solutions. You’ll also collaborate with continuous improvement specialists to deepen your understanding of processes and support their further development.
Your tasks
- Work closely with finance teams across the organization to understand their needs and support the design and implementation of automation for documents, processes, and reports.
- Build, update, and manage automated solutions.
- Provide Finance users with guidance on how to operate and maintain the implemented automation.
- Assess and experiment with new tools and technologies.
- Track, review, and interpret testing outcomes together with users for any improvements introduced.
- Contribute to problem‑solving and brainstorming activities related to continuous improvement.
- Proactively pursue opportunities to expand your skills in automation and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Studying or recently graduated in a computer‑science or IT‑related field, with strong MS Office skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining VBA macros and solid analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, well organized, and eager to learn.
- Effective communicator in English and comfortable working in a team.
- Creative mindset and motivated to develop new skills.
