Your role
As a Process Automation Developer Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. You will lead technical discussions, guide developers through best practices, and ensure solutions follow established standards and frameworks. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement within the automation team. Your leadership will support high‑quality delivery and strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
Your tasks
- Develop, optimize, test, and deploy automation solutions that enhance and support business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and clearly define technical requirements necessary for successful implementation.
- Mentor Junior Developers, deliver training sessions, and oversee Quality Assurance activities to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
- Ensure all automation initiatives comply with established coding standards, development guidelines, and technical frameworks.
- Lead client meetings throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and the SCRUM framework to plan, manage, and deliver project work effectively.
- Play an active role in shaping, enhancing, and promoting best practices and development standards across the team.
Your profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in building automation solutions using RPA platforms, ideally Blue Prism.
- Proven ability to design end‑to‑end automations and continuously improve and optimize existing workflows.
- Strong technical foundation, enabling independent ownership of the full development lifecycle - from concept to deployment.
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to transform them into scalable, efficient automated solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical topics in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken, allowing smooth communication in an international environment.
