Your role

Your tasks

• Manage assigned portfolio areas and act as the key point of contact for offer owners and business stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, client demand, pipeline data, and offer performance to identify growth opportunities and portfolio improvements.
• Develop recommendations on offer creation, enhancement, repositioning, consolidation, or retirement.
• Partner with offer owners to refine value propositions, buyer targeting, measurable outcomes, and commercial models.
• Guide offers through governance, approval, launch, and lifecycle review processes.
• Assess offer quality and readiness, ensuring alignment with portfolio standards and go-to-market requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate business insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support portfolio enablement by presenting offers to sales teams and contributing to sales materials, storytelling, and knowledge assets.

Your profile

• 14+ years of professional experience, including exposure to Business Operations, consulting, portfolio management, offering management, solutioning, sales, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of client propositions, business value creation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and business-writing skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance client needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
• Confidence using AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Fluent English and experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
