People Data Analyst

Your tasks

  • Execute advanced analytics and data science projects for global HR stakeholders.
  • Convert HR/business needs into clearly defined analytical problem statements.
  • Build predictive models in areas such as attrition, talent acquisition, DEI, employee experience and workforce planning.
  • Prepare analytics-ready datasets from HR and non-HR sources, working closely with data engineering teams.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and strong visual storytelling principles.
  • Translate analytical results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to reusable code templates, assets and methodological best practices.
  • Collaborate with global project teams across multiple time zones.

Your profile

  • Professional experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Data Science.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; R is a plus.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience building analytical data models.
  • Advanced Power BI and DAX skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex analyses and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
