Your role

You will lead the design and transformation of end‑to‑end order management and fulfilment processes, helping global organizations improve efficiency, automation, and customer experience. As a senior expert, you will combine business insight, technology, and consulting expertise to deliver impactful solutions, drive transformation programs, and shape how clients optimize their operations. You will also play a key role in client engagement, solution development, and business growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Your tasks

• Design end‑to‑end order management and fulfilment solutions using Capgemini methodologies
• Lead and deliver process improvement and automation initiatives across order management
• Manage multiple transformation or improvement projects simultaneously
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within client accounts
• Drive large-scale transformation programs focused on efficiency and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader business processes
• Engage and present to senior stakeholders, leading workshops, demos, and advisory sessions

Your Profile

• You bring 12–15 years of experience in order management or Order‑to‑Cash
• You have experience in solution design, consulting, and delivering business outcomes
• You are skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• You have knowledge of SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, RPA, or AI technologies
• You understand industries such as CPG, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
• You communicate confidently and work effectively with senior stakeholders
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You hold a degree in a relevant field and ideally a project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Scrum)
