Job Description

Order Management and Logistics Analyst ensure timely order fulfilment, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role requires coordinating with various departments, optimizing logistics operations.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key responsibilities encompass: Technical Excellence: Transportation Management Systems TMS,Warehouse Management Systems WMS, Order Management Systems OMS, and Route Optimization Software Oversee the order management process from order entry to delivery. Lead a team of order management analysts. Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of orders. Resolve complex order related issues and customer complaints. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate warehousing operations: receipt, storage, and dispatch preparation
  • Ensure consistent execution across multiple warehouse sites
  • Monitor performance, storage status, and dispatch readiness
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and reconciliation
  • Identify and resolve capacity, delay, and efficiency issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with logistics, factories, and supply chain teams
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Min. 4 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
