O2C Finance Specialist (Collections with Turkish)

Your role
As a part of a Collections team you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensuring the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service.
Your tasks
- Chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients.
- Assisting customers experiencing repayment difficulties, chase up late payments and arrange with the customer the best way forward to repay the debt.
- Managing an AR portfolio.
- Achieving cash collection and ageing targets.
- Identifying frequently recurring situations at customer level, escalates such situations and suggests remedial actions
- Applying fundamental collection techniques and adjusts collection strategies to the requirement of the portfolio.
Your profile
- Min. 6 to 12 months of experience in O2C or related area.
- Proficient in Turkish (C1) and English(B2).
- Proficient negotation skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
- High attention to detail and solid analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
