Material Planner - late shifts

Your role

Material Planner ensure timely and efficient supply of materials for production by coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and analyzing demand forecasts. This role involves optimizing material flow to support production schedules and minimize costs.

Your tasks

  • Own material planning, align supply, production, suppliers.
  • Convert plans into schedules, optimise capacity & lead times.
  • Maintain MRP, ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage suppliers (confirmations, rescheduling, delivery).
  • Identify risks and support mitigation.
  • Resolve shortages, delays, imbalances.
  • Optimise planning parameters (MOQ, stock, lead times).
  • Manage orders (PR, PO, inbound flow).
  • Track KPIs and support decisions.
  • Support launches and changes.
  • Improve MRP processes and data.

Your profile

  •  3–5 yrs in supply chain planning (MRP/material).
  • Strong MRP, inventory, material flow knowledge.
  • Experience solving planning & supply issues, good analytical skills.
  • Planning systems (eg. SAP/IBP/APO/Blue Yonder).
  • Advanced Excel (Power BI a plus).
  • Supplier & order flow experience.
  • Knowledge of MOQ, stock, lead times.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent English.
