Master Data Specialist / Manager

Your tasks

  • Create and maintain master data objects in SAP,
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined governance standards,
  • Execute data changes in line with SLAs and business requirements,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, PLM) to collect and validate data,
  • Support end-to-end processes (e.g. I2L, Procurement, Order-to-Cash) through accurate master data management,
  • Monitor and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely ticket handling (e.g. via ServiceNow),
  • Participate in data quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities,
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation of data changes.

Your profile

  • 3 –5 years of experience in Master Data (Material / Business Partner / Finance),
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and/or SAP MDG,
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g. Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance),
  • Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow),
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset,
  • Strong ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset,
  • Fluent in English and confident in data driven decision making,
  • University degree or technical background (logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred).
