YOUR ROLE

MandC Delivery Professional is playing a key role in the delivery of creative, brand-compliant, and cost-effective solutions/deliverables and as such proactively supporting MandC teams across the company. She/he oversees the communication and connection across various teams and relevant stakeholders. Is an advocate of best practices and innovation.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinating the internal communication processes for the company
• Championing change initiatives by crafting and executing strategic communication plans and creative campaigns in cooperation with local HR Team (supported by conducting workshops/ webinars)
• Partnering with business stakeholders and project teams to advise on the most effective communication formats and platforms
• Launching targeted campaigns aimed at enhancing employee engagement and involvement
• Developing and optimizing tools, channels, and processes to support effective internal messaging
• Producing compelling content—mailings, articles, posts, newsletters, and memos—tailored to diverse internal audiences
• Analyzing, and reporting on the performance and impact of internal communication efforts.

YOUR PROFILE

• Min. 3+ years of experience in internal communication team or processes, work based on communication standards and brand book guidelines
• Strong proof reading and written communication skills both in English (min. B2) and Polish
• Experience in building communication strategies and further project implementation
• Strong collaboration skills with business/ stakeholders and in prioritizing tasks.
