Marketing PMO Specialist (Marketing Agency Experience)

Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.

Your role

You'll be part of Marketing and Creative Services (MACS), a dynamic global operation of over 300 marketing and communications professionals across India and Poland. We deliver end-to-end marketing operations across streams including marketing, communications, digital, analytics, martech, and creative services, supporting the Marketing & Communications functions of Capgemini worldwide.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of global marketing delivery. As a Marketing PMO Specialist, you'll lead complex, multi-stream projects from briefing through to post-campaign analysis, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you touch. This is the kind of role where your agency background will matter from day one.

Your tasks

  • Leading complex marketing and creative projects end-to-end, from interpreting client briefs and shaping delivery plans, to coordinating execution across designers, copywriters, digital teams, and external partners.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming project requests, managing stakeholder expectations, translating needs into clear project plans, and proactively foreseeing and preventing risks.
  • Owning integrated planning across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities, timelines, and dependencies, and recommending pragmatic solutions when conflicts arise.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, many of whom are not marketing professionals, guiding them toward the right creative solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Driving quality and continuous improvement through proposals, competitive estimates, project controls, and documentation from brief through to project closure.
  • Leveraging project management tools (e.g. Teamwork, Monday.com, Microsoft Suite) and staying curious about new tools that can add value to workflows and optimise creative processes.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a marketing agency or creative agency environment, this is a must-have; you know how agency workflows operate and can hit the ground running.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stream projects autonomously, managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and senior stakeholder relationships with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum), with a client-centric approach and the ability to translate business needs into compelling creative briefs.
  • Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Teamwork, Monday.com), with an eye for process improvement and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Sharp analytical and reporting skills, able to translate delivery data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Deep familiarity with marketing and creative delivery workflows, including content production, campaign management, and integrated planning across marcomm disciplines.
