Your Role

As a Marketing & Innovation Project Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering innovation initiatives for a leading FMCG client. Working in close partnership with the Senior Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams, you will support the development of new product and packaging concepts, ensuring projects move smoothly from idea to market launch. This role combines project management, innovation, and commercial thinking, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, product innovation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Your Tasks

• Coordinate innovation and new product initiatives from concept through to market launch.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives, priorities, and key project activities.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, proposing effective solutions.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive clear communication across teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting materials.
• Support innovation portfolio planning and project prioritization activities.
• Capture project learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, innovation, new product development, or marketing, preferably within FMCG/CPG.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of innovation, commercialization, or new product development processes.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
