Market Operations Coordinator (with English)

Your Role
We are looking for a professional who will bridge operations and market needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and smooth stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on operational oversight, quality improvement, and coordination in an international environment.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate activities between client, market, and operational teams
- Manage complex cases and oversee case queues and workflows
- Monitor stakeholder inputs and drive timely follow-ups
- Create and update knowledge base content and ensure information flow
- Support and drive quality improvement initiatives (NPS, audits, calibrations)
Your Profile
- Experience in operations, quality, or process support (e.g., BPO/SSC) (nice to have)
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Very good command of English (C1 minimum)
