YOUR ROLE

Join our team as a Transition Program Manager and play a key role in driving global transformation initiatives. You will lead complex transition programs across various models, including Transformation-led, Lift-and-Shift, Build-Transfer-Operate, and Transition as a Service. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of Day 1 transformation initiatives and successful delivery of large-scale, multi-country projects.

YOUR TASKS

  • Portfolio Leadership: Manage a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including transformation-led transitions, incumbent vendor transitions, and staff augmentation initiatives.
  • Program Governance: Establish and maintain governance structures at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, ensuring compliance with methodologies and tollgates.
  • Transition Excellence: Deliver high-quality transition programs within defined time, cost, and quality parameters, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Ramp-up: Apply best practices in knowledge transfer and ramp-up methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Status Reporting & Escalation Management: Provide comprehensive status reports and manage escalations to maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Multi-Country Rollouts: Oversee large-scale, multi-country and multi-tower transitions involving significant scope and parallel transformation opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in Business Process Transitions and managing large-scale projects (200+ FTE).
  • Strong understanding of transition and transformation models and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in international environments and multi-country rollouts is a plus.
