YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Transformation Senior Consultant you will join our Supply Chain Transformation Team and play a key role in shaping and improving logistics processes for our clients.

You will work on projects that aim to implement, optimize, and harmonize logistics processes, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your mission will be to identify opportunities for improvement, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation that drives efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role combines client-facing responsibilities with internal coordination, offering you the chance to influence strategic decisions and lead change initiatives. Occasional travel will be required.

YOUR TASKS

• Define and own the product roadmap for supply chain tools and platforms in the areas of Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement logistics solutions aligned with global standards.
• Analyze current operational landscapes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and implement processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and support audits.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Support training for new employees and external partners when needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Background in Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain, with at least 5 years of experience in process optimization.
• Solid understanding of transport modes and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process flow design and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree educational background and English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like Visio.
• Leadership experience and willingness to travel (up to 30%).
