YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate training commitments and manage procurement processes (iSOWs, POs, contracts).
• Oversee daily contract administration, including license allocation, usage tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain strong collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Utilize HR systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in Learning & Development operations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in L&D systems and technology troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal .
