Your role
As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that knowledge across the organization is well organized, easily accessible, and effectively used. You will support teams by improving how information is captured, shared, and maintained, helping drive better collaboration, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
Your tasks
- Design and implement Knowledge Management processes and tools supporting business goals
- Organize and maintain key knowledge assets (templates, playbooks, case studies, lessons learned)
- Manage Knowledge Management platforms and ensure content is up to date and easy to access
- Collaborate with experts to ensure quality and relevance of content
- Drive knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
- Monitor usage and improve effectiveness of Knowledge Management tools and processes
- Deliver trainings and support adoption of Knowledge Management best practices
Your profile
- Experience in Knowledge Management, Information Management, or similar
- Familiarity with content and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and independent approach
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in change management
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting or Business Services
