Your role
As an RPA Developer, you support the development of automated business processes using UiPath, working on solutions based on prepared analyses for a Polish project. You collaborate closely with the team to implement and improve RPA solutions while building a strong foundation in automation and process analysis. This role gives you hands-on exposure to modern automation technologies and helps you develop both technical and analytical skills as you start your professional journey in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Your tasks
- Design and develop automation workflows in UiPath based on defined specifications
- Test, validate, and optimize implemented automation solutions
- Support process documentation and the preparation of analytical materials
- Take part in project meetings and discussions related to automation initiatives
- Continuously develop your skills in RPA, system integrations, and process analysis
Your profile
- You communicate fluently in Polish and have a good command of English
- You have RPA knowledge and want to grow further
- You demonstrate strong logical thinking and solid basic mathematical skills
- You understand algorithms, programming fundamentals, and code repositories
- You have an interest in or initial experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or similar platforms
- You understand business processes and methods for describing them
- You are familiar with or curious about process measurement and optimization (e.g. Six Sigma, CMMI)
- You have or want to build basic knowledge of system integrations
