Junior Procurement Specialist (with English, late shifts)

Your role

As a Junior Procurement Process Specialist, you will support daily procurement operations by assisting internal stakeholders and suppliers. You will process Purchase Requisitions, maintain procurement data, and perform administrative purchasing activities. Working according to established procedures and SLA requirements, you will help ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.  

Your tasks

• Provide support to stakeholders and suppliers
• Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
• Maintain procurement data in internal systems
• Track orders and manage purchasing documentation
• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks in line with SLAs
• Support process improvement initiatives  

Your profile

• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Availability to work in shifts (2-3 late shifts in a week)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Student status or Bachelor's degree
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Previous experience in procurement, customer service, or administration is a plus.
