YOUR TASKS
- IT Consultant Role for pre-sales stage for renewals.
- High impact incidents coordination and escaltion for IT services.
- Providing business with IT Projects status updates (regarding IT run projects).
- Acting as a contact point between: BSvIT, Business, Client’s IT.
- Changes, assessment, processing and evaluation.
- Descreasing negative business impact related to ITIL processes.
- Partnership with Client’s IT.
- Enhancement of Business operations within the IT landscape.
- Escalation point for business-critical issuers and changes.
- Continuous Service Improvement in IT area.
- Maintaining a good relationship between the business and IT.
- Supporting design and development of IT service and solutions to effectively assist engagements in meeting and exceeding their business goals and client's expectations.
- Working with business to develop and support business process improvements through effective IT solutions.
- Assisting and coordinating in investigation of various complex technical issues.
- Coordinating BCP and Risk Management processes across Business Services.
- Adhering to the best ITIL practices.
- Stabilizing and optimizing core IT core support processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Around 4 years of hands-on experience as IT Service Manager.
- Familiar with all ITIL Practices and worked in ITIL driven environment.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Project/Engagement Management certifications would be beneficial.
- Managed multi-location end userbase.
- Experience in coordination with IT support groups.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- English - very good written and oral communication skills.
- Proven in managing IT-business relationships and driving service delivery.
