Junior Financial Analyst

Your role

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support financial controlling and reporting activities that contribute to accurate business performance monitoring and informed decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting month-end processes, and collaborating with financial controllers, delivery teams, and stakeholders across domestic and international structures. The role focuses on improving reporting efficiency, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and delivering reliable insights that support business operations. You will also contribute to process optimization initiatives and help maintain high-quality financial reporting across the organization.

Your tasks

  • Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of critical financial processes
  • Analyze financial data and deliver insights to support business decisions
  • Support financial reporting activities in cooperation with the Financial Controller
  • Manage controlling and corporate operations in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and identify trends or variances
  • Optimize reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support activities related to financial systems and reporting tools, including Replicon, GFS and HFM

Your profile

Must-have:

  • Fluency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Native-level Polish and communicative English enabling cooperation in an international environment
  • Strong focus on process improvement, automation and simplification of reporting activities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and work in a knowledge-sharing team environment
  • High level of responsibility, ownership and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in reporting, financial controlling or auditing
  • Knowledge of VBA, Power Query, HFM, Oracle or SAP
  • Higher education in economics, finance, business or a technical field
