Junior Finance & Accounting Process Specialist (with German)

Your role

As a Junior Finance & Accounting Process Specialist, you will support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely resolution of accounts payable queries. Your work will directly impact financial accuracy, vendor relationships, and compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contribute to reporting, and support audit activities while building expertise in SAP and finance operations.

Your tasks

•  Process invoices and handle accounts payable queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly reports and support financial closing activities.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
• Work with SAP/S4HANA and Excel to manage daily P2P operations and reporting.
• Ensure high data quality while maintaining a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Your profile

• Good command of German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or finance operations.

• Experience or exposure to SAP/S4HANA and financial systems.

• Very good practical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
