Your role
You’ll join a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. In this role, you will be part of an international environment where every interaction matters. We pride ourselves on being fast, collaborative and innovative - always ready to turn challenges into opportunities.
Your tasks
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
Your profile
- Advanced level of English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Motivation to grow in an international contact center environment.
- Practical knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
- Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
- Bachelor’s degree or a student status.
