Junior Credit & Collections Specialist (with Turkish)

Your role

As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to improve cash flow, resolve payment-related issues, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service while supporting business objectives.

Your tasks

• Manage customer accounts and review payment histories to ensure timely collections.
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor account status and prepare reports related to collections and receivables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payment issues and improve processes.

Your profile

• Fluent Turkish (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1).
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
