Your role
As a Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will support daily HR operations by delivering accurate and timely Compensation & Benefits services. You will work with employee data, respond to HR-related queries, and collaborate with team members and clients to ensure high service quality and smooth HR processes in an international environment.
Your tasks
- Support daily HR operations with a focus on Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Process and maintain employee HR data accurately and in line with agreed deadlines.
- Handle employee and client queries via email, phone, and ticketing tools.
- Support HR transactions such as benefits administration, employee changes, and workforce updates.
- Cooperate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure high service quality.
- Keep process documentation up to date and follow internal HR procedures and SLAs.
Your profile
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken on minimum B2 level.
- Interest in HR, payroll, or Compensation & Benefits areas.
- Degree completed or in progress (preferred).
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work with data, documentation, and structured processes.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
