Your role

As a Junior Buyer, you will support procurement activities by sourcing goods and services in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets. You will manage the end-to-end purchase order process and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will build supplier relationships, monitor performance, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Your tasks

• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets 
• Drive RFQ and compare received quotes
• Select suppliers based on given criteria, achieve best cost and terms and condition
• Monitor the process and communicate risks and opportunities with Stakeholders and other functions 
• Closely cooperate with peers and other functions to actively support process improvements
• Manage purchase orders - from purchase request creations and review through sending to the supplier till final delivery and payment
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships 
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures and process flow, DTPs and other relevant documentation guidance 

Your profile

• Proven purchasing experience min. 2 years 
• Self-starter and motivated to work in highly dynamic and changing environment
• Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills 
• Analytical skill with problem-solving attitude and attention to details
• Very good organization skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including excel pivot tables and complex formulas
• Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or any other sourcing systems will be an asset
• Availability to work late shifts 2–3 times per week (15:00–23:00)
