YOUR ROLE
Capgemini Group Procurement is looking for an English and Spanish speaker for its Procurement Project focusing on sourcing activities, quotation & contract management as well as supplier performance.
YOUR TASKS
- Provide sourcing activities in IT & Telco category for Iberia and other EU countries.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal value for the company.
- Review and validate Purchase Requests in accordance with internal procurement policies.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all purchasing activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and internal advisor on procurement processes and policies, providing guidance to other parties when necessary.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and contribute to achieving procurement savings targets.
- Collaborate with global and local Procurement teams across Europe to align on sourcing activities and strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure quality and improvement.
- Analyze market trends, vendors, and emerging technologies to support informed sourcing decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to procurement activities.
- Actively engage in cross-country projects and structural initiatives.
- Support team collaboration by sharing knowledge, providing help to colleagues, and fostering a positive and solution-oriented team environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Preferable 2-3 years of sourcing experience in Procurement or Supply chain management.
- Interest in the IT&Telco supply market and developments.
- Good negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage contracts, vendors and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to engage in projects.
- Experience working in an international team.
