Your Role
As a Junior Procurement Process Specialist, you will support procurement operations and ensure the smooth execution of purchasing processes for our client. You will act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers, providing professional support related to procurement activities, purchase orders, and process-related inquiries. This role combines operational procurement support, customer service, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic international environment.
Please note that this position requires working in shifts, including 2-3 late shifts per week.
Your Tasks
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in line with client requirements, procurement policies, and internal procedures.
- Review procurement requests, monitor purchase orders, and support purchasing activities throughout the procurement process.
- Provide first-line support to stakeholders and suppliers via ticketing tools, email, and phone, resolving queries or escalating them when needed.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, update records, and track orders to ensure data quality and process efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed SLAs/KPIs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and quality standards.
Your Profile
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing will be considered an asset.
- Availability to work in a shift-based schedule, including 2-3 late shifts per week.
