Junior Business Support Specialist (with German)

Your role
In this role, you will contribute to the execution of operational tasks that support day‑to‑day business activities. You will be involved in handling requests, maintaining data accuracy and following defined workflows, while building a solid understanding of how corporate operations function. This role allows you to develop professional skills, learn structured ways of working and gradually take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Your client
You will collaborate with international, German-speaking stakeholders and support them through standardized service models. Client interaction will help you understand expectations, service quality standards and business communication principles, while contributing to stable, long-term cooperation built on reliability, consistency and trust.
Your tasks
- Take part in daily business activities supporting international clients
- Use German language skills in real business communication (email and/or phone)
- Assist teams with operational and coordination tasks
- Work with internal systems and tools to manage information and requests
- Support smooth cooperation between clients and internal departments
- Build understanding of corporate processes and ways of working
Your profile
- Interest in business areas such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Operations, or IT Services
- German language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Motivation to start a career in an international company
- Eagerness to learn, develop and gain practical experience
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
- English language skills at minimum B1 level

No prior corporate experience is required – this role is open to students and graduates who are motivated to start their professional careers. We offer a structured onboarding process, training, and ongoing team support. The position follows a hybrid working model, combining on‑site and remote work in line with business needs and local guidelines. The recruitment process is conducted fully online.

This role offers multiple development paths depending on your interests and performance.
