Your role

In this role you will lead the team in delivering a high‑quality, professional, and proactive service to the Client.

Your tasks

• Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant in Internal Communication area.
• Planning communication campaigns and events, sending follow-ups, identifying and logging risks, obtaining approvals, managing timeliness, resources and execution.
• Ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders on campaigns, events, and the annual Qualtrics survey.
• Securing strategic elements of internal comms as well as urgent messaging.
• Handling regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
• Processing client’s escalations.
• Keeping all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes.
• Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.

Your profile

• Proven experience in Internal Communication.
• Knowledge of process specific systems/tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and guide communication best practices.
• Can work independently with stakeholders and marketers on content pieces and campaigns.
  
• Bachelor degree.
