Internal Communication Specialist

Your role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality internal communications content accurately and on time, in line with project deadlines and client expectations. Working closely with business units and internal stakeholders, you will craft compelling content across a range of channels - from intranet articles and newsletters to branding collaterals and video scripts.

Your tasks

  • Write, edit, and proofread articles, newsletters, and copy for branding and marketing collaterals, including video scripts.
  • Coordinate with business units to gather information and produce targeted internal communications content.
  • Manage and update intranet content using internal content management systems and tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and email platforms.
  • Design and execute communication campaigns and events from planning through to delivery, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple internal channels, securing translations and quality checks where required.
  • Manage technical setup, implement changes, and test improvements to communication tools and platforms.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to improve campaign adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders independently to ensure a high level of satisfaction and alignment with communication best practices.

Your profile

  • University degree in English, Comparative Literature, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of writing experience with hands-on handling of content management systems, including intranet publishing.
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experienced with SharePoint content sites, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, managing stakeholders and coordinating effectively with wider team members.
  • Comfortable working in a complex, dynamic environment, with the ability to influence leaders and guide communication best practices.
  • Exposure to diverse and inclusive work environments is an advantage.
