YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst with French to join our team in a hybrid work model. The role requires working from the office up to 40% of the month.
You will be part of a 24/7 support team, working 12-hour shifts. Your main responsibility will be monitoring IT infrastructure, reacting to alerts, and escalating incidents when needed. Good communication skills in French and English are required.
YOUR TASKS
- Log customer requests received via email, phone, or ticketing system into the internal ticketing tool under supervision.
- Handling the customer’s requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests).
- Perform initial case handling: gather information, categorize requests, and escalate them to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Monitor customer systems and applications using standard monitoring tools and report alerts following defined procedures.
- Support the maintenance of basic documentation by updating ticket notes and contributing simple updates.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of customer issues.
- Providing trainings to new joiners
YOUR PROFILE
- Good verbal and written French skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Customer - focused attitudeStrong interest in supporting IT services.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., what an incident is, general awareness of applications and infrastructure).
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer support, monitoring, or working in a service desk environment.
- Previous exposure to ticketing tools or IT support processes.
