HR Process Specialist with German (Sourcing Requisition)

Your role

You support efficient HR operations by answering employee questions, guiding them to the right HR contacts, and helping resolve day‑to‑day issues. You keep records accurate, support compliance with policies, and assist during audits. You also manage key administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, preparing documents, generating reports, and working with HR systems.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the implementation and improvement of operational processes within an organization.
  • Assisting with process mapping and documentation.
  • Data analysis.
  • Identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1);
  • Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
  • At least half a year of work experience in the HR department;
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel);
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills;
  • Student status or bachelor’s degree.
