HR Process Specialist (with German)

Your role

As an HR Process Specialist with German, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers. You’ll maintain ATS data, partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, and advise on selection processes. The role involves building strong business relationships and supporting process improvements. Success requires excellent German and English, HR experience, strong communication, and great organizational skills.

Your tasks

  • Sourcing candidates and screening resumes,
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting end‑to‑end recruitment,
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience and preparing contract offers,
  • Managing the ATS and maintaining accurate candidate records,
  • Partnering with hiring managers on staffing needs and selection decisions,
  • Building business relationships and contributing to process improvements.

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2),
  • At least half year of work experience in the HR department /Talent Acquisition,
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel),
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills,
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills,
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
